BEMATO
Let us spoil you in our restaurant. Be it lunch, coffee or something for in between. In the BEMTO restaurant we offer a rich and varied breakfast, lunch or dinner buffet. You can also enjoy our small menu throughout the day. You can find more information about our restaurant here.
We recommend that you make a reservation in advance. Make your reservation today via our website or by telephone.
Blue ribbons
The blue ribbons identify you as a guest of the hotel. You will be recognized by our staff at breakfast. This blue ribbon is also your free entry to the indoor pool. Show the wristband when you enter so that the staff at the indoor pool can recognize you as a hotel guest.
Breakfast
You can enjoy breakfast in the BEMATO restaurant from 07.00 AM. Take your time and indulge yourself at the rich buffet. In case of allergies or intolerances, please contact our staff
Cars
There are parking spaces directly in front of the hote. Parking in the parking lots of the Frutigresort costs CHF 5.00 per night. The parking spaces are not covered.
Coffee and tea
You will find tea bags and coffee capsules in your room. The coffee machine and hot water are located in the lounge (2nd floor) or in the corridor (3rd floor).
Drying room/ski room
If you have wet clothes or wet items that you cannot store in your room. You are welcome to use our drying room in the cellar. Laundry lines and storage facilities are available.
E-citybike rental
Two new e-citybikes are available for our guests. With little effort you can enjoy great excursions in our region. As a guest at the Frutigresort you benefit from a price advantage and rent an e-citybike for half a day for CHF 25.00 instead of CHF 35.00 and for one day for CHF 40.00 instead of CHF 55.00. With the guest card you benefit from various activities in the region.
During your stay you can also travel free of charge by public transport to Kandersteg, Adelboden or Mülenen.

In the small forest next to the river we have a fire pit for our camping guests, which you are welcome to use.
Indoor swimming pool
With the blue wristbands that you received at reception, you have free access to the indoor and outdoor pools right next to the campsite. You can find information on the opening times here.

Key cards
The key card gives you access to your room and the main entrance. To switch on the electricity in your room, you must insert the card. In the event of loss, we will charge you CHF 10.00.

Do you already have to leave, but still have a lot to do? You are welcome to leave your luggage at reception and collect it at a later date.
Money exchange
Do you still need to change money? You can easily do this at the BLS Travel Center at Frutigen station. You can find the way to the station here.
No Smoking
We ask you to refrain from smoking in the rooms. You are welcome to do so on the balcony.
Packed lunch
We will be happy to prepare a packed lunch for your onward journey. So that you can continue your journey strengthened. You can order this in advance at reception.

Pets
In consideration of people with allergies, pets are not allowed in any of the hotel rooms.
Pillows
We do everything we can to provide you with maximum sleeping comfort. You are welcome to order a larger pillow for your room from our staff.
Public transport
The nearest bus stop is the "Tropenhaus" stop. It is located at the entrance to the Frutigresort on the main road. The bus to Frutigen station always leaves at -:21, but you can also reach the station on foot. A leisurely walk will take you to the station in 10 minutes. You can buy tickets on the bus, at the station or online. You must board the train with a valid ticket. You can no longer buy tickets there. With the guest card you can travel to Adelboden, Kandersteg and Mülenen free of charge.

Our team is happy to keep your room fresh and comfortable.
If you would like some peace and quiet, simply hang the red sign on your door.
Skibus
From the Frutigresort directly onto the slopes. During the ski season, you can take the ski bus from the Frutigresort directly to Elsigen-Metsch. However, this service is only available with advance reservation. You can register at reception or directly by telephone (+41 33 671 11 71).

Sustainability
We are part of Swisstainable, the sustainability program by Switzerland Tourism. The goal is to make tourism in Switzerland more environmentally friendly and future-oriented.
At Frutigresort, you can easily contribute: if you choose to skip the daily room cleaning, we’ll thank you with a voucher worth CHF 10.00 for our restaurant – for each cleaning you skip. After every three nights, an intermediate cleaning will be carried out automatically to keep everything fresh and comfortable.

Swiss Wood
All construction projects that have been undertaken since the Frutigresort was built in 2019 have been realized with Swiss wood. Towel service
We are happy to change your towels when we clean your room. So that we recognize when you want to change your towels, simply leave them on the floor when you leave your room.
Washing
There are washing machines in the campsite's sanitary facilities, which are also available to our hotel guests. Tokens to use the washing machines are available at reception (CHF 2.00).
